The Method
The STAM Model.
Four pillars, structured follow-ups, and one promise: change that lasts.
A change management framework built from 15+ years of working with organisations stuck between strategy and execution. We made it because the market did not have one that worked.
The Framework
What we build with you.
S
Self-organisation & co-creation
Change does not get done to your team. It gets done with them. We bring methods, structure, and an outside view. Your people bring the knowledge of how their organisation actually works. Together we co-create new ways of working that fit your reality, not a textbook.
What people build, they keep. What people are handed, they resist.
When this pillar is in place: Teams own the change. Resistance drops. New practices are still in use six months later.
T
Transparency
Trust does not appear in workshops. It is built when people can see what is happening, why decisions get made, and what is expected of them. We work with leaders to surface what has been hidden, name what has been avoided, and make information flow where it needs to.
Transparency is not comfortable. It is the precondition for everything else.
When this pillar is in place: Rumours stop. Real conversations start. Decisions stick because everyone saw how they were made.
A
Accountability
Everyone has a role. Everyone has a mandate. Everyone is accountable, including leadership. We do not accept management will handle it as a strategy. It is a sentence we refuse on principle, because it is where most change projects die.
We work with leaders and teams to define roles in plain words, not org charts. Who decides what. Who delivers what. Who answers for what.
When this pillar is in place: Friction drops. Things move. People stop waiting for someone else to act.
M
Method, with the courage to use it
Change needs structure. It also needs courage. The courage to try, to push back when something is not working, to back the people doing the hard work even when it goes against the plan.
We bring the structure. Your leaders bring the courage. Both are needed.
When this pillar is in place: Progress is real, even when it is hard. Setbacks do not stop the work.
