A first conversation about what is stuck, what you have tried, and whether we are the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. You leave with a sharper read on the problem, even if we do not work together.

The Core Engagement
Strategic Implementation.

The core offer. We work with your leadership and teams to make change happen, using the STAM Model. Hands-on, with your people, in small steps.
What is included:
- Full application of the STAM Model across your engagement
- On-site work with your leaders and teams in the first month
- Co-created new ways of working, embedded through micro-implementation
- Structured follow-ups at 1, 3, and 6 months after the engagement ends
- Direct access to Awa throughout
Who this is for: Mid-sized organisations (50-250 employees) or Swedish municipalities with a strategy, restructuring, or major change project that needs to move from plan to practice.
Investment: Custom, based on scope. We quote after the Discovery Session, once we understand what you are trying to do.
The Full Partnership
Annual Partnership.
12 months · One client per year · By application
A full-year partnership across every layer of the organisation. Roughly 600 hours of consulting time. One organisation per year.
What is included:
- 12 months of embedded strategic implementation work
- Coverage across culture, structure, decision-making, and external collaboration
- Structured follow-ups throughout, not just at the end
- Priority access to Awa
- Custom-built engagement plan based on your specific situation
Who this is for: Mid-sized organisations going through major transformation. Typically post-merger integrations, major restructurings, or organisations rebuilding after a crisis.
Investment: By application. Because we take on only one Annual Partnership per year, we are selective about fit.

Three things you always get.
The STAM Model.
Every engagement uses the same underlying framework. Self-organisation, transparency, accountability, method. You know what you are getting.
Structured follow-ups.
Every engagement of 3 months or longer includes follow-ups at 1, 3, and 6 months after we leave. Change that fades is not change.
Honest scoping.
If we do not think we are the right fit, we say so. If the work will take longer than you hoped, we tell you before you sign. No surprises.
FAQ
Common questions about our services.
Is this consulting, coaching, or training?
None of the above, and a bit of all three. STAM Development is strategic implementation. We work hands-on with your team to make the strategy real, using a structured change management method and built-in follow-ups. We do not deliver reports. We do not run individual coaching. We work with the system.
How long does an engagement last?
Most engagements run 3 to 6 months, with structured follow-ups at 1, 3, and 6 months after. Annual Partnerships run 12 months. We do not take engagements longer than 6 months without a defined structure. If you still need us indefinitely, we have not done our job.
Do you work in-person or remotely?
Both, depending on what the work requires. The first month is typically on-site as much as possible. Change happens in the room, with the people. Follow-ups are usually digital. Hosting and facilitation are always in-person. We work across Sweden, with most on-site work happening in Skåne and the wider Öresund region.
What size of organisation do you work with?
Mid-sized. Typically 50 to 250 employees, and Swedish municipalities. The STAM Model works best when there are real departments, real interdependencies, and real complexity. Not for solopreneurs or very small startups.
Do you work with NGOs or non-profits?
No. STAM Development is a paid change management consultancy. If you are an NGO looking for pro bono support, we are not the right fit.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Everything shared with us stays with us. Always.
What does it cost?
Engagements vary by scope. We will discuss pricing on the Discovery Session once we understand what you are trying to do. There is no point quoting before we know what we are solving.
What if we are not sure we are ready?
Book the Discovery Session anyway. It is 30 minutes and free. You will leave with a sharper read on the problem, even if we do not work together. That is the whole point.
